F.M. Glenn Pty Ltd was established in 1979 by Mr. Max Glenn.
F M Glenn Constructions specialise in commercial, industrial, multi-storey residential construction & project management. Many of our projects are on a design & construct bases where our knowledge of construction and support from local subcontractors is crucial for a successful project.
Working closely with our clients to deliver a product that suits their needs and requirements has always been very important to us and is reflected by multiple projects with the same clients. Delivering projects on time and within budget are of benefit to both the construction team and the client, F M Glenn pride themselves in achieving these milestones on each and every project.
The company has always prided itself in being innovative & having attention to detail. F.M Glenn, where possible has always engaged local subcontractors and suppliers, this has returned a greater benefit to the local community. This attitude along with quality workmanship has seen F.M Glenn remain at the top of the competition for many years. The amount of projects undertaken by F.M Glenn is testament to our ability to help our clients achieve their goals.
In late 2014 Wayne Glenn passed away, Wayne’s extensive knowledge of the construction industry and ability to make things happen was with no doubt the reason for his success and the reason that so many people had so much admiration for him. It was Wayne’s wish that the company continue its proud standing in the community as the number one local commercial building contractor, it was at this point in time where the company was once again restructured with Craig Spencer, Robert Norton & Kevin Hartley as the new company Director’s.
